Safaga

Safaga is an Egyptian harbour town and is one of the oldest ports on the Red Sea. The town has retained its cosy atmosphere and Egyptian flair, but has been spared the big tourist hype.

Blue Submarine Divers

The new diving centre of Blue Submarine Divers is located in the Hotel Lotus Bay in Safaga, about 50 km south of Hurghada.
The dive centre has its own jetty and boats for full and half day trips.
The diving centre is currently being renovated and equipped with new equipment.

Safaga is a hotspot for all Watersportactivities
The bay of Safaga offers shallow sandy beaches as well as short boat trips to the numerous diving areas with steep walls, coral gardens and wrecks.

The intact reefs of Safaga attract divers from beginners to professionals with their variety of corals and abundance of fish. Very suitable for Snorkeling.

The most famous reefs are: Panorama Reef, Abu Kafan, Tobia Arba and the wreck of the Salem Express.
